When I think of Camacho the Camacho Corojo is the cigar that immediately comes to mind. I first tried this cigar a few years ago and I remember not really enjoying it. I wasn’t used to smoking cigars this strong and having this cigar after a few too many drinks wasn’t one of my best ideas. (more…)

Originally released in 2005 under the name “Say Uncle” the Camacho Coyolar Puro is the Eiora’s family first venture in using tobacco not from their farm. This cigar is full bodied and deserves your respect, after my first experience with this cigar I found out why.

Camacho Havana Monarca Cigar Review @ CigarJack.net

Thursday, April 3rd, 2008

Description: I just recently had a chance to try a Camacho Havana for the first time. My local shops never carried them and after getting a couple from a friend I was on a mission to hunt down a box.

A Honduran Puro, and contains Corojo Filler and Binder like many of Camacho’s cigars. The Criollo wrapper mellows this cigar out a bit leaving just short of full bodied.

Each one I’ve smoked has been well constructed. They tend to run a bit softer than most cigars and typically have an easy draw. The wrapper doesn’t have any noticeably large veins. I picked up a hint of leather on the pre-light draw check. (more…)

The cigar is very well constructed. This size must be a little more difficult to roll, but I’ve yet to get one that did not have an outstanding draw. The cap is nicely applied, the band is beautiful and the Authentic Corojo wrapper is elegant. Simply no other word comes to mind. Clipping the cap on this cigar almost seems sinful. (more…)

By Jesse | February 6, 2008

As I mentioned in past posts every Tuesday Night we have a local cigar tasting hosted by The Party Source. What makes this event so great is at least 100 people show up every week, some nights as high as 200. During the winter months it is hosted at The Beer Sellar, a great bar with about 60 beers on tap. This week they featured Camacho Cigars with Tom and Dylan from Camacho at the event. (more…)
